1. How do I get the best quality digital image?
If you are using an image taken on a digital camera, we
recommend that you set your camera on the highest
resolution or quality setting available.
If you are not sure if your image is suitable, you can
simply attach your digital file and email to us at
info@berbatech.com with the subject header ‘Please test’,
telling us what display option and size you are
considering and we will reply with our opinion on what
is possible.

2. How do I get my images to you?
You can either:
1. Email your image (max size 5 mb)
2. Send us your image(s) on disk, CD or DVD
3. Send us a hardcopy of your photograph. See address in

3. What format should a digital image be sent as?
An uncompressed TIFF is probably the best option for
large scale printing. Most digital camera shoot in JPEG
format: if you use JPEG, try to save it to its maximum
quality. We also accept GIF and PDF formats.

4. Will you retouch my image?
We do not automatically retouch images. If there are
small dust marks, you can ask us to remove these. If we
consider the work to be major then we will quote you
before undertaking any work on your image.

5. Do I have to send a digital photograph?
No, it can be all sorts of things! It might be a kids
drawing or painting, or even a sketch or artwork; it
could be a cherished wedding invite or gig ticket. It
could be a graphic design or computer generated fractals,
a cartoon, almost anything. Berbatech can scan your item
or you can do it yourself - please read next question on
scanning.

6. What settings do you recommend for scanning?
Please scan your images to a minimum of 150 dpi, larger
if your scanner will allow that. Naturally, the better
the scan, the better the final image when we print it.

7. Will you scan my image if I send it to
Berbatech?
Yes, if you do not have access to a scanner, we can scan
it.

8. Can I have my order delivered to a different
address?
Yes, there is an option to specify a different delivery
address on the order form.

9. Will my print fade?
No, the print should last a lifetime – Berbatech prints
are durable. Our inks don’t fade and some materials are
made to be outside. Check our website to find out which
materials are weather proof or ask us.

10. Will my image look blurred or pixilated?
No, assuming a good original image is submitted. Final
print quality will vary according to the quality of the
digital file or print received by Berbatech and the
final size you decide.

11. Can I pick a non-standard size?
Yes you can – we provide customized sizes, and can go
larger than sizes indicated, as long as the image has
high enough quality. Please call or email us

12. How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be carefully packaged in protective
materials and boxed to avoid damage in transit. We then
use reputable couriers to ship to mailing address
specified on your order.

13. If I am not satisfied with the manufacture of
my product, what can I do?
If there is any manufacturing defect with the product,
please contact us by email. When your parcel is
delivered please check to ensure it is in perfect
condition before signing and if it is not please bring
this to the attention of the courier representative.

14. What is the returns policy?
Berbatech creates bespoke artwork to customer
specification and therefore we will not accept returns
of not faulty goods.

15. Can I submit an image taken by someone else?
Yes, but it is your responsibility to ensure that you
have cleared use of the image with the copyright owner.
By submitting an order form to Berbatech, customers have
confirmed that they own the rights to their image and/or
have received permission from the owner.

16. How can I pay for my products?
You can order many of our products online and pay for
them either by:
Bank transfer
All major credit or debit card via Pay Pal
Direct Pay Pal payment
Do not email your credit card information.

17. How long will it take to receive my order?
We endeavour to deliver within 15 days for most products,
but some take longer. If you have a special requirement
please contact us in person to find out if we can
arrange a fast track order.
Please notice we start printing only on clearance of
payment.

18. Do you offer a trade or corporate service?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for trade orders. Check
our Trade Enquiries page on our website. Please contact
us for more information and to discuss.

19. Do you ship outside of the UK?
We can deliver our products worldwide; however this
often depends on the product in question and the
requirements for packaging. You will need to email us
for postage and packaging prices.
